Golden Party Casino: Slots is a social casino game for entertainment. All coins, spins and prizes are virtual. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or services, cannot be transferred between players, and cannot be won as real money. Success in the game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Your account
An account is created automatically for your device; you may link it with Sign in with Apple or Google to keep it across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts involved in cheating, exploiting bugs, abusing other players or breaking these terms may be suspended or closed. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is permanent.
Virtual coins and purchases
Coin packs are optional in-app purchases processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Prices are shown before purchase, and coins are delivered after Apple confirms the transaction. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases of virtual coins are final; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Coin amounts, prices, features, odds presentation and bonuses may change.
Fair play
You agree not to use bots, automation, exploits or unauthorized tools, not to interfere with the game servers, and not to reverse-engineer the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law. Outcomes are generated on the server by a random process, and game math may be adjusted between versions.
Licence and ownership
The game, its art, names and software belong to us or our licensors. It is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms, for personal entertainment only.
Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided as it is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your own country.
Responsible play
