Who we are
Latlas is published by Oleg Nochka, an independent developer ("we", "us"), who is responsible for the app and for these terms.
Using the app
Latlas is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. You may use it on devices linked to your Apple Account, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
Imagery from Google
The panoramas and maps are Google Maps content, shown through Google's own services, and your use of them is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The app does not store or copy the imagery; you may not extract, save or redistribute it from Latlas, and Google's attribution must not be obscured.
Scores, stats and Game Center
Game history is kept on your iPhone, daily progress may sync through your iCloud account, and leaderboard scores go to Apple Game Center. None of it is guaranteed against data loss, device changes or reinstalling the app, and we hold no copy to restore.
Purchases
This version of Latlas has no in-app purchases. If optional purchases are added later, they will be processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, shown with their price before you buy, and refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Availability
The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults, available without interruption, or supported forever. Latlas needs an internet connection and depends on Google's services, so rounds may fail to load for reasons outside our hands.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oleg Nochka is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your own country.
