Who we are
Relic Run is published by Oleg Nochka, an independent developer ("we", "us"), who is responsible for the app and for these terms.
Using the app
Relic Run is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. You may use it on devices linked to your Apple Account, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
Your progress
Progress is recorded on your iPhone and copied to your own iCloud account when you are signed in to iCloud. We hold no copy and run no server, so lost progress cannot be restored by us. iCloud syncing depends on Apple's service, and we do not guarantee it against data loss, device changes or reinstalling the app.
In-game currencies and energy
Coins, gems, energy and tools exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the app, and may be adjusted if a fault awards them incorrectly. Expedition risk choices are a gameplay mechanic with no wagering of real money. Gems refill energy; no puzzle can be skipped or solved with money, and nothing random is sold.
Purchases
The game offers optional in-app purchases: gem packs, which are consumed when delivered, and a one-time Starter Pack, which can be restored to the Apple Account that bought it with Restore purchases in the game's Settings. Prices are set in the App Store and shown before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us.
Availability and changes
The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults, available without interruption, or supported forever. Levels are generated and checked on your iPhone, so it keeps working offline. We may change game balance (coin prices, energy, rewards) in updates.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oleg Nochka is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your own country.
